Ana María Matute

Olvidado Rey Gudú es una de las grandes novelas de este siglo. These 21 tales all have in common young protagonists, solitary and mysterious, who live in a world of their own and don't grow up. The author describes a universe where magic coexists with profound reality seen through the eyes of these 21 "foolish" children.
