Morning pages is a technique invented by Julia Cameron. She shared this practice in her book about creativity, The Artist's Way in 1992. Creating Morning Pages involves making notes about the stream of thoughts that runs through our mind each day. This writing has a therapeutic purpose. It helps reduce stress, gain greater clarity of thought, and awaken intuition. What are the "rules" of morning pages? ✓ There are very few! The most important is to write as often as you can, preferably every morning. ✓ Secondly, write in the so-called stream of thoughts, that is, write what comes to your mind as it comes to you. You don't have to compose beautiful sentences, you don't have to care about form, you don't have to care about correctness or aesthetics. You can scribble and jump from topic to topic. The most important thing is to write! ✓ And make it your goal to write 3 pages of your notebook or notepad every day.
