Il titolo "Meteotopia" si riferisce non solo all'emergenza climatica in cui tutti viviamo, ma anche all'ingiustizia climatica che nasce come problema ambientale per includere sia una questione politica che morale. L'Antropocene (e da ultimo il suo fratello minore Capitalocene) colpisce ogni ecosistema planetario così come ogni essere vivente e, quindi, la Giustizia Climatica si configura come l'obbligo etico a creare un mondo più giusto ed equo a partire dalla tutela dei diritti umani, e in particolare, per quelle popolazioni che subiscono in modo più grave le conseguenze del cambiamento climatico, anche se non ne sono direttamente responsabili: tutte le culture emarginate, le generazioni future, gli animali e le piante viventi e in generale coloro che sono esclusi dalle discussioni politiche, dagli eventi del G20 e dalle speculazioni finanziarie.
