David Otis Fuller was an American Baptist pastor. He was a graduate of Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois and Princeton Theological Seminary. He pastored Chelsea Baptist Church in Atlantic City, New Jersey and the Wealthy Street Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
