A thoroughly trained, motivated enlisted workforce is the Air Force's key resource in meeting challenges of the future. The Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) for AFSC 1T0X1, Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Specialist, provides management with the life-cycle education/training framework and guidance necessary for planning, developing, managing, and conducting career field education and training programs.
