Die Neuauflage: Mit der Neuauflage wird das bewährte Lehrbuch auf den Stand von Januar 2012 gebracht. Neben einer kurzen Einführung in die "juristische Allgemeinbildung" eignen sich die Kapitel besonders zur begleitenden Lektüre zu den Vorlesungen Grundkurs Zivilrecht, BGB Allgemeiner Teil und Schuldrecht Allgemeiner Teil mit Kaufrecht. Die Konzeption: Ein sinnvoller Einstieg in das Studium des Bürgerlichen Rechts muss zwangsläufig über das erste Buch des BGB (Allgemeiner Teil) hinausgreifen.
