Where Children Sleep presents Mollison's large format photographs of children's bedrooms around the world - including from the USA, Mexico, Brazil, England, Italy, Israel and theWest Bank, Kenya, Senegal, Lesotho, Nepal, China and India - alongside portraits of the children whose bedrooms are featured. Each pair of photographs is accompanied by an extended caption that tells of the story of the child in question - about Kaya in Tokyo whose proud mother spends $1000 per month on her dresses; about Bilal the Bedouin shepherd boy who sleeps out with his father's herd of goats; about the Nepali girl Indira, who has worked in a granite quarry since she was three years old, and about Ankhohxet, the Kraho boy who sleeps on the floor of a hut deep in the Amazon jungle. Photographed over two years with the support of Save the Children, the book is written and presented for an audience of 7-11 year olds - setting out to interest and engage children in the details of the lives of other children around the world, and the social issues affecting them, while also being a serious photographic essay for an adult audience. Its striking design features a child's mobile on the cover, printed in glow-in-the-dark ink.

Between 2004 and 2007, James Mollison attended pop concerts across Europe and the USA with a mobile photography studio, inviting fans of each music star or band to pose for their portrait outside the gig. He subsequently combined portraits of eight to ten fans for each performer into a single lineup, making a single panoramic image in each case. With a total of over 500 individual portraits, in 62 panoramic images, "The Disciples" was an original, sharp and highly entertaining take on contemporary music culture and the tribalism invoked by popular music stars. This new and expanded affordable edition features four new images produced after the original "Disciples" was published, including fans of MIA, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, and a group of Elvis Presley tribute acts.

The story of 'the richest and most violent gangster in history' is told here in hundreds of photographs gathered by photographer James Mollison. Pablo Escobar, the head of the Medellin Cartel, was responsible for supplying 80 percent of the world's cocaine during the 1980s. In an attempt to avoid extradition to the USA, he declared war on the Colombian state and thousands died as a result. He only surrendered on condition that he could be housed in his own private jail. Escaping a year later, he was relentlessly pursued by the Colombian police with the support of America's DEA until he was shot and killed in 1993. This visual biography includes 350 photographs and documents, most previously unpublished, including Escobar family photographs, police record photographs, snapshots by the DEA officer assigned to track Escobar down, and the archive of the colonel whose team eventually shot and killed him. It includes Mollison's own photographs addressing the Escobar legacy - photographs of his properties (including the remnants of his private zoo), houses he gave to the poor and his fleet of jets. The book's extensive and revealing text draws on over 100 new interviews with family members, Medellin Cartel associates, Colombian police and judges, and survivors of Escobar's killing sprees.
