After becoming aware that most children seriously believed that their food comes from the supermarket, The idea of "The Adventures Of Bri The Fly" came to fruition. The short stories follow a cartoon type fly character called Brian (Bri), on his travels around the country with a livestock lorry driver he befriended. Their travels to farms and the countryside in general will give children a brief insight into the workings of farms, the animals on them, production of food and the food chain. On their travels Bri The Fly asks lots of questions, just as children do. The travels are fun and educational also adding some safety points of interest. All images are actual photographs that have been cartoonised to give more child appeal.
