The Honey Jar is a place full of sticky, gooey goodness that many people mistake for love. Warm, soft, and comforting - many of us find ourselves slipping into its goodness, and staying far too long. We begin to wonder why we feel compelled to stay, what is it that won't let us leave, and what happened to that once loving relationship? There are personal stories that show how four women began to understand why they were not communicating effectively, and that we must learn what is in The Honey Jar to master the skills of effective communication. The Honey Jar teaches us the six types of love and how they play out in our lives. The Honey Jar also helps us to walk the labyrinth to self-discovery, showing us the necessary components of honesty, courage, faith and compassion. When we begin to accept ourselves just as we are, understanding we have room to change and grow, we then begin our journey to honest, authentic communication, which may lead to loving, lasting relationships.
