This book presents an extension of fuzzy set theory allowing for multi-polar information, discussing its impact on the theoretical and practical development of multi-criteria decision making. It reports on set of hybrid models developed by the authors, and show how they can be adapted, case by case, to the lack of certainty under a variety of criteria. Among them, hybrid models combining m-polar fuzzy sets with rough, soft and 2-tuple linguistic sets, and m-polar hesitant fuzzy sets and hesitant m-polar fuzzy are presented, together with some significant applications. In turn, outranking decision-making techniques such as m-polar fuzzy ELECTRE I, II, III and IV methods, as well as m-polar fuzzy PROMETHEE I and II methods, are developed. The efficiency of these decision-making procedures, as well as other possible extensions studied by the authors, is shown in some real-world applications. A complex neutrosophic set is a useful model to handle indeterminate situations with a periodic nature. This is characterized by truth, indeterminacy, and falsity degrees which are the combination of real-valued amplitude terms and complex-valued phase terms. Hypergraphs are objects that enable us to dig out invisible connections between the underlying structures of complex systems such as those leading to sustainable development. In this paper, we apply the most fruitful concept of complex neutrosophic sets to theory of hypergraphs. We define complex neutrosophic hypergraphs and discuss their certain properties including lower truncation, upper truncation, and transition levels. Furthermore, we define T-related complex neutrosophic hypergraphs and properties of minimal transversals of complex neutrosophic hypergraphs. Finally, we represent the modeling of certain social networks with intersecting communities through the score functions andchoice values of complex neutrosophic hypergraphs. We also give a brief comparison of our proposed model with other existing models.

In this research article, we apply the notion of single-valued neutrosophic sets to K-algebras. We introduce the notion of single-valued neutrosophic topological K-algebras and investigate some of their properties. Further, we study certain properties, including C5-connected, super connected, compact and Hausdorff, of single-valued neutrosophic topological K-algebras. We also investigate the image and pre-image of single-valued neutrosophic topological K-algebras under homomorphism.

We introduce the notion of single-valued neutrosophic soft (SNS) K-algebras and investigate some of their properties. We also illustrate the concepts with numerical examples.
