In December 2017 the Basel committee finalised its work on the reform of the Basel III framework. Together with requirements already published in 2015 and 2016, the Basel committee changes all approaches for the calculation of RWA and the corresponding Pillar III disclosure rules. This package of new standards from the Basel Committee, which is unofficially called "Basel IV", is now the most comprehensive package of modifications in the history of banking supervision. The banking industry will face major challenges in implementing these new rules. The second edition of the "Basel IV" handbook is updated with all publications up to March 2018 and also extensively enhanced with additional details, examples and case studies. The aim is to convince the reader that we are facing a new framework called "Basel IV" and not just a fine adjustment of the existing Basel III regulations. This book covers all new approaches for the calculation of RWA: - the standardised approach (CR-SA) and the IRB approach for credit risk, - the new standardised approach for counterparty credit risk (SA-CCR), - both the standardised approach and internal models approach from the "fundamental review of the trading book" (SBA and IMA) - the basic approach (BA-CVA) and standardised approach (SA-CVA) for the CVA risk, - all new approaches (SEC-IRBA, SEC-ERBA, SEC-SA, IAA) for securitisations (incl. STS), - the approaches for the calculation of RWA for equity positions in investment funds (LTA, MBA, FBA) - the new standardised approach for operational risk (SA-OpRisk) Because of the strong relation to the Pillar I requirements, the second edition covers the topics of interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB), large exposures and TLAC again. Aus einer „Generellen Perspektive“ erläutern die Autoren zukünftige Entwicklungen des Dienstleistungsmanagements vor dem Hintergrund aktueller Trends wie z. B. dem Vormarsch der Digitalisierung, globaler Plattformen und der Netzwerkorientierung. Eine Analyse aktueller – wie z. B. Co-Creation, Service-Ökosysteme und Engagement Platforms – und traditioneller Themen – wie z. B. On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to welcome you to Da- nd stadt and DAGM 2010,the 32 Annual Symposium of the German Association for Pattern Recognition. The technical program covered all aspects of pattern recognition and, to name only a few areas, ranged from 3D reconstruction, to object recognition and medical applications. The result is re?ected in these proceedings, which contain the papers presented at DAGM 2010. Our call for papers resulted in 134 submissions from institutions in 21 countries. Each paper underwent a rigorous reviewing process and was assigned to at least three program committee m- bers for review. The reviewing phase was followed by a discussion phase among the respective program committee members in order to suggest papers for - ceptance. The ?nal decision was taken during a program committee meeting held in Darmstadt based on all reviews, the discussion results and, if necessary, additional reviewing. Based on this rigorous process we selected a total of 57 papers, corresponding to an acceptance rate of below 45%. Out of all accepted papers, 24 were chosen for oral and 33 for poster presentation. All accepted - pers have been published in these proceedings and given the same number of pages. We would like to thank all members of the program committee as well as the external reviewers for their valuable and highly appreciated contribution to the community.

Das Dienstleistungsmanagement hat sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten zu einer eigenständigen Disziplin entwickelt. Die Anfänge dieser Entwicklung liegen zunächst im angelsächsischen Raum. Beiträge aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum haben aber in den vergangenen vier Jahrzehnten stark an Bedeutung gewonnen. Dies ist auch darauf zurückzuführen, dass die verschiedenen Problemstellungen und Themenfelder, denen sich das Dienstleistungsmanagement widmet, aus der Perspektive recht unterschiedlicher Disziplinen beleuchtet und analysiert werden können. Dieser Pluralismus findet sich auch in diesem Handbuch wider. Die Herausgeber legen einen Sammelband vor, mit dem sie die theoretische Fundierung des Dienstleistungsmanagements und aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Dienstleistungsforschung aufzeigen.
