Por que ter um carro se eu posso conseguir um com motorista em dois cliques no celular, a um preço razoável? Cantando as maravilhas que sempre desejamos - horários flexíveis, valorização do acervo e das habilidades pessoais -, nos fisga com um desejo antigo: a ilusão de não se subordinar e de finalmente tomar as próprias decisões. Turbinadas pela velocidade da Internet, as relações de trabalho e as estruturas comerciais, em especial no setor de serviços, mudam com velocidade, em um vórtice que confunde quem legisla, quem trabalha e quem consome.
