Xiang Li geht der Frage nach, wie ein effizientes Aussprachetraining im Bereich der Prosodie für Deutsch als Fremdsprache in China aussieht. Die Prosodie gehört wegen ihrer Komplexität und schweren Greifbarkeit zu den schwierigsten phonodidaktischen Themen und Forschungsgegenständen. Li diskutiert zunächst die Besonderheiten des Lehrens und Lernens im Bereich der Prosodie. Es folgen eine kontrastive Analyse der prosodischen Merkmale des Chinesischen und Deutschen sowie eine Darstellung der darauf beruhenden potenziellen Interferenzfehler. Ausgehend von den Rahmenbedingungen im DaF-Unterricht identifiziert sie die daraus resultierenden Probleme für das Aussprachetraining. Als Lösungsansatz präsentiert sie eine von ihr entwickelte Serie von Lernvideos zum Thema Prosodie. Diese ist in ein Lernmodell integriert und mit lerngruppenspezifischen Materialien angereichert. Der Erfolg dieses videobasierten Konzepts ist empirisch untersucht und bestätigt.

This book presents recent advances in robot control theory on task space sensory feedback control of robot manipulators. By using sensory feedback information, the robot control systems are robust to various uncertainties in modelling and calibration errors of the sensors. Several sensory task space control methods that do not require exact knowledge of either kinematics or dynamics of robots, are presented. Some useful methods such as approximate Jacobian control, adaptive Jacobian control, region control and multiple task space regional feedback are included. These formulations and methods give robots a high degree of flexibility in dealing with unforeseen changes and uncertainties in its kinematics and dynamics, which is similar to human reaching movements and tool manipulation. It also leads to the solution of several long-standing problems and open issues in robot control, such as force control with constraint uncertainty, control of multi-fingered robot hand with uncertain contact points, singularity issue of Jacobian matrix, global task-space control, which are also presented in this book. The target audience for this book includes scientists, engineers and practitioners involved in the field of robot control theory.

Task-Space Sensory Feedback Control of Robot Manipulators

Three-way decisions, as a decision-making mode which is consistent with human cognition, have been widely used in various fields. In this paper, we fuse the theory of reliability into the three-way decisions method, replace the conditional probability in the three-way decisions method with reliability, and then propose a novel three-way decisions method. We also describe the loss functions with single-valued triangular neutrosophic numbers (SVTNNs) and propose an operator to calculate the score function of triangular neutrosophic numbers. Then, the result of decision is attained according to the principle of minimizing loss. Finally, we apply this method to the overhaul of machines in a factory, which proves the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed methods.

The 8th edition of the International Symposium on Web and Wireless Geograp- cal Information Systems (W2GIS 2008) was held in December 2008, in the vibrant city of Shanghai, China. This annual symposium aims at providing a forum for discussing advances on recent developments and research results in the ?eld of Web and wireless geographical information systems. Promoted from workshop to s- posium in 2005, W2GIS now represents a prestigious event within this dynamic research community. These proceedings contain the papers selected for presen- tion at this international event. For the 2008 edition, we received 38 submissions from 16 countries. All subm- ted papers were related to topics of interest to the symposium. Each paper received three reviews. Based on these reviews, 14 papers were selected for presentation and inclusion in the proceedings. The accepted papers are all of excellent quality and cover topics that range from mobile networks and location-based services, to contextual representation and mapping, to geospatial Web techniques, to object tracking in Web and mobile environments. We wish to thank all authors that contributed to this symposium for the high quality of their papers and presentations. Our sincere thanks go to Springer’s LNCS team.
