I needed a palette cleanser after a meh book and hoped Bertino’s debut would be at least half as good as Beautyland. It was just as good. Different, but unmistakably Bertino.

Cute, quirky little book. Ends a bit abruptly for my taste but it was still fun to read. If you need something lighthearted and fast paced then this is a good choice.
