Awww... A is for Activist is a board book filled with social justice concepts. Some of the concepts are probably a bit much for the younger crowd, but no harm in starting early! At the very least, the words sound fun when said aloud, and kids get to find the cat on every page!

the usual abc board book, except each word is for things that needs to be introduced to kids in early age. i love this one too <3

Difficult to place this on the surface simple Alphabetic poetry book. The rhymes are simple but the concepts will require quite a bit of unpacking with the audience. 
So do you read it aloud or take a page and explain the vocabulary?

 Definitely a useful teaching resource and beautifully done
