-it’s like kinda first for me to like the brother’s best friend trope so i guess it’s a plus ig lolers
-the H secretly pining for the h for years?? heck yeah!!! love that for me so i love roles reversed part here bc yeah usually the h does that 
-friends to lovers y’all <3 ,,, but yeah i liked it more w the friends part rather than w the transition to lovers idk maybe it’s just me (so in other words i liked it more when they were friends like their easy, friendly banter like it’s like so goood bc u know they have history and they totally love each other even they’re bickering or teasing each other)
-and um i was kinda turn off w what foster said/did in some very very few scenes,,, yeah idk maybe it’s just a me thing
-the last few chaps and the epilogue were kinda like,,, i just felt,,, hmmm idk excited? happy? i feel meh idk :/ 

AND omg the slice book 2 y’all is about drew x winston???when they were bickering in some scenes i think im like ‘is this gonna be enemies to lovers?? that’s a yes for meomg yes’ 

even tho winston is not like the usual hero lol i kinda find him interesting and and drew!!! love her omg yay love her personality so yeah im kinda excited for their book

Me encantó. Y no, no es el mejor libro que he leído, no tiene ni la mejor trama ni la mejor secuencia. Pero Dios, hacía bastante tiempo que no me reía tanto con un libro. Le doy 4 estrellas no por su estructura, si no por las risas que me sacó.

Teagan Hunter has done it again! I read her Texting series last year and absolutely loved it! I decided to give this series a try and I know already that I will enjoy this series. 

A pizza my heart is a Friends to Lovers rom-com. This story follows Wren and Foster. They have been friends for years (+ Wren's brother) and one day Foster disappears without a goodbye. Four years later he comes back.
What I love about Teagan Hunter's books is that not only does she make great main characters, she also makes great side characters that you just start to like. 
Foster has kept his feelings for Wren hidden for years. It's not until he comes back that Wren figures out that she also has feelings for him.

“You did not just tell me my father is hot.” “What?” She lifts a shoulder. “I have a thing for older dudes, and I would definitely do whatever Simon says.”

If you enjoy rom-coms, drama, and smut, I recommend you give her books a try!

After reading the Texting series, I was expecting another story that would at least put a smile on my face quite often while reading. The author definitely made that happen and if I didn't have to sleep, I would've finished this book in one sitting.

What I love about this author is that she could put you in the middle of the story and you'd still understand it. I felt welcomed in the world and loved the characters from the start. Wren is a quirky one. She helps out at her father's place, Slice. She does this even though she already has a fulltime job with her own salon.

Foster grew up with Wren and her twin brother Winston, but left and was married. It's clear a lot has happened. He's happy to be back where he belongs and is ready to date again. Even though Foster seems like a carefree guy, there is more to him than meets the eye. In many ways he regrets how things went down and is still in love with his best friend's sister.

I loved the instant connection these two had from the start. They were very comfortable with each other and the teasing was a lot of fun. I love seeing friends become lovers and these two were perfect together. The teasing, the romance and even the clumsy things that happened to them were a lot of fun to read about. 

Even though I loved the characters and story a lot, this wasn't my favorite book my Teagan. Not much really happened the first half of the book. Don't get me wrong, it was fun to read, but it just wasn't really unique. As much as I love a slowburn romance, this kind of felt like it took too long for them to get there. This made me feel like she could've taken the time for us to get to know the characters just a bit more. Even though I connected with them, the author didn't go really deep.

That being said it was really nice to have a romance without much drama and angst with fun characters. The romance and sexy moments were amazing and the secondary characters were perfect. A Pizza My Heart is a great book to read after the more heavy books out there. No drama that wasn't necessary and left me with a big smile on my face!

A mix of some of my favorite tropes: fake dating, brother’s best friend and a hint of second chance romance made this one a fun and sexy read.
