           This book was very good. I grew fond of the characters of both Melinda Skye and Jesse Rose. Their friendship lasted for several years, despite Jesse's unfortunate moving from Atlanta to California after his parents' divorce.

I felt saddened by the book's end. McDaniel did a great job writing this book. I enjoy reading her books alot. I highly recommend this author and her books.
