Nan is a waste of space

I stayed up all night just to finished this work. This book is so good!

Cute story although I was surprised at first to find out that they were step-siblings, but whatever. That didn't really matter. The story flowed nicely and kept me interested.

Honestly, I didn’t think I was going to like this book when I first started. I fell in love with the characters after the first few chapters. Of course, they have their moments that I don’t like, but overall, this was an easy read to just escape for a little while. I thought the love story was cute, but cringey at some parts. If you’re looking for a cheesy romance novel, this is it. I liked it so much that I read the rest of the series!

I bow down to Abbi Glines for writing such an intense, emotional, fabulous novel. I thought I would just take a sneak peak at the first few pages and see how her writing style is and to my surprise I was so engrossed in the novel I stopped reading what I was reading and nothing got done in my house as they were suppose to. I read Fallen Too Far in one sitting. Within a few pages I was already shedding a few tears. Fallen Too Far has lies, betrayal and a huge secret that not only I could not turn my kindle fast enough to find out what Rush’s huge secret is but I wanted to see how things were going to go for Rush and Blaire. The characters are so real that they jump off the pages. Blaire is not your whiney, clumsy, damsel in stress. Loved Blaires character as she is a beautiful and strong will 19 year old. She has had to take care of her sick mom for 3 years, never really had a social life or ever complained. Even when her mother passes away and she really has no family left but her dad who she never really seen growing up takes what life has given her and makes the best out of it. She takes off to stay with her dad with no money and a beat up truck that barely runs. Her dad is not even at the house that he was suppose to be, but her step brother Rush (his mom is married to her dad, but not her dads son) who she has never met is there, owns the house, is a huge jerk to her but finally lets her stay till her dad gets back. He makes her stay in a tiny bedroom under the stairs off the pantry in the kitchen. She never once complains and is thankful that he is letting her stay there. She makes a point to get a job and save up money so she does not put him out. She also does not take any crap from anybody. Not even the rich girls that are snotty to her or even Rush. She has no problem going head to head with him. Rush was such a jerk in the beginning but he does redeemed himself. But he has a huge secret that everyone in town seems to know about but Blaire. After he redeems himself his secret does make him a jerk again because it breaks Blaire’s heart on so many levels. But I understand why he did what he did and for that reason in my eyes he is a swoon worthy hero. He goes to great lengths to protect his family and broke my heart. Rush is possessive, protective with an alpha male attitude when it comes to family he loves and his lover. He has had a good but rough life too but still had a mom and dad. Even though he was rough around the edges, I still found him sexy with his yummy tattoos, piercing and honesty about how he is which is not easy. Because he is not easy and does not do serious relationships he finds he can not keep his hands off Blaire. Loved the banter between them and the sexual tension was hot. Love scenes were hot for a New Adult but tasteful. Rush is a sexy lover. Loved them as couple and thought they were perfect for each other. She makes him a better person and enjoyed reading their happy times together. But they are some downs with them and broke my heart. He finds himself addictive to her and jealous but it is not over the top. Once he stops being a jerk I loved how they started having a friendship then slowly builds to a relationship. Loved the secondary characters as they all play a good role in Fallen Too Far and never take away from the story. Every character has their own voice and personality. Fallen Too Far flowed nicely. Not once was I ever bored. All scenes are played out well as they were not too long or not too short. Fallen Too Far is Perfect 5 stars. Any novel that can make you feel what the characters are feeling is amazing read. Even though this is a tear jerker they were so many other emotions too. It made me happy and mad. Fallen Too Far is a keeper for me as I would re-read Rush and Blaire’s story over and over again. I look forward to reading Never Too Far (Too Far #2).
