Games Gods Play (Deluxe Limited Edition)

I enjoyed this book, it was fun to read. It's a greek mythology, trials contest story to make one of the God's "King of the Gods". It moves quickly and has a lot of action. 

It's one of those books for me that I didn't like the main character much, but I liked the side characters. It twas also a little too love at first sight for me. But I'll probably read the next one when it comes out!

I am completely obsessed with this book. It itched that never-ending PJO itch I've had ever since I finished that series sooooooo many years ago. The games, the romance, the greek mythology!!

My only complaints are that Lyra is annoying (we get it, she's a good person) and that her curse was confusing (Boone? Hades? Zai?). Other than that, loved it.

I am completely obsessed with this book. It itched that never-ending PJO itch I've had ever since I finished that series sooooooo many years ago. The games, the romance, the greek mythology!!

My only complaints are that Lyra is annoying (we get it, she's a good person) and that her curse was confusing (Boone? Hades? Zai?). Other than that, loved it. 

Okay, what is wild is I didn’t know what my expectations were for this book. And what I got was what I’m assuming everyone’s experience with Fourth Wing was. This is something I enjoyed so much and loved every second of this book. If you love Greek Mythology and The Hunger Games you will really enjoy this book. This was wild from page 1 to the last page. And while some portions felt slightly drawn out it was so action packed that you still love it. Weirdly enough reading this book reminded me of a assignment I had from my sophomore English class. That particular teacher lived for Greek Mythology and I remember her giving us an assignment of creating our own god/goddess and who they would be. While I know it’s not the same they just felt similar to me from my experience. But I loved the characters, the plot was so interesting and I literally need more. I also saw that Abigail Owen is from Austin which is so cool to have that little fun fact and love seeing her finding success. Now I need book 2 as soon as freakin possible. Preferably before I drive myself crazy trying to figure out what is going to happen next.
