Accidentally Compromising the Duke
Reviews

Overall nice & sweet, only because I believe there want much knowledge and resources in combatting trauma then.
Stacy is my comfort author.

A nice easy comfort read with lovable characters and a soothingly predictable plot - really enjoyed it!

I loved the idea of a young lady hoping to force her parents to marry her to a man she cared for only to accidentally end up in the bed of the duke. I thought the passion in the book was really great, and I loved the steamy scenes. However, I didn't love the writing and there were some weird time jumps when I would have rather had more time spent in a moment. I thought the characters were good, but I would have loved more from Evie and Westfall or the daughters. I just felt like the story lacked the depth that would have made it a fantastic book. I don't feel like the story was fully told. Nevertheless I still adored the romance.

All I have to say is fuck Evie and Westfall.

3.5/5 stars

3.5 stars ✨ So I picked this up in between getting bored of two other books and I have to admit, something about historical romance just scratches this itch that I tend to get 🤣 this was super cute, slightly short for my liking and not super original but I enjoyed it nonetheless! So curious about Lady Evie and Westfall though 👀

I liked the banter but find it overall forgetful

This has one of my FAVORITE first meetings in a romance. Adeline sneaks into a room to get compromised with a sweetheart of hers to avoid an unwanted marriage, starts getting hot with him, then realizes that it's the wrong man! I loved this and I'm such a huge fan of Stacy Reid.
