Adriana Locke2017
Mallory Sims is late for her first day of work. After spilling her tea, she discovers she has no gas in her car. Add that her arm keeps sticking to her dress from syrup left on the console of her car, flustered feels like an understatement. Then she sees her new boss. Graham Landry is the epitome of NSFW in his custom-fit suit, black-rimmed glasses, and a look so stern her libido doesn't stand a chance. Being flustered is just the start of her problems. Her punctuality is only the start of his. With a pink slip in hand, he's been waiting on his new secretary to show up only to let her go. Then she rushes in with her doe eyes and rambling excuses, smelling like bacon and lavender. The termination paper falls to the side as she falls in his arms. This is a disaster in the making. Not because of his pinpoint exactness or her free spirit, but because when they're together, the sparks that fly threaten to burn the whole place down.

I received an ARC of this book from the author via Give Me Books in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Adriana Locke and Give Me Books! I love Graham. No, I really do. He encompass everything I look for in a man, and Mallory is so much like me it's crazy. Their drive to excel gets in their way of their relationship, and it was beautifully executed. Adriana, what's with you and food and sexy time? ;) Anyways, this is my favourite Landry family installment, and I just read right through it. I never put it down by choice, and would've read it in one sitting if I could. I am huge fan of Adriana's humour, and it was plentiful in this novel. She cracked me up within the first chapters, and it's great when you laugh at your phone in public right? Totally acceptable. I am super pumped for Ford's book, and cannot wait to read some more Landry lovin'. You will not be disappointed with this book, so go on ahead and pre-order this one!
