DNFed at 70 percent. I couldnt even stick out an hour & a half to listen to the rest of this story. Every moment was grueling. Not one notable character, plotline, or moment in anything I read.

I so enjoyed this! It’s not my usual genre, for some reason I can never really get into science fiction novels, but this was so interesting and unique. I loved the world building and the characters and the relationships and the suspense. I loved how short this was, it easily could have been longer without being annoying, but it was succinct and used the amount of pages it needed. And I liked the ending, with the possibility of something more. Thank you to Dutton Books for Young Readers and Edelweiss for the eARC.
