After We Fell

Trista

"Book Three of the After series--now newly revised and expanded, Anna Todd's After fanfiction racked up 1 billion reads online and captivated readers across the globe. Experience the Internet's most talked-about book for yourself! Tessa and Hardin's love was complicated before. Now it's more confusing than ever. AFTER WE FELL...Life will never be the same. #HESSA Just as Tessa makes the biggest decision of her life, everything changes. Revelations about first her family, and then Hardin's, throw everything they knew before in doubt and makes their hard-won future together more difficult to claim. Tessa's life begins to come unglued. Nothing is what she thought it was. Not her friends. Not her family. The one person she should be able to rely on, Hardin, is furious when he discovers the massive secret she's been keeping. And rather than being understanding, he turns to sabotage. Tessa knows Hardin loves her and will do anything to protect her, but there's a difference between loving someone and being able to have them in your life. This cycle of jealousy, unpredictable anger, and forgiveness is exhausting. She's never felt so intensely for anyone, so exhilarated by someone's kiss--but is the irrepressible heat between her and Hardin worth all the drama? Love used to be enough to hold them together. But if Tessa follows her heart now, will it be...the end?"--

This series honestly has me in a chokehold

This book is by far the Best one in the series, honestly wow, it has like some pretty Big plot twists thar Will shock You. Also theres a Lot of carácter development. I think that there should be a TW almost halfway through the book

Micah

If you identify with Tessa and Hardin's relationship, you are in an abusive relationship. Help is available to you. Hardin is an abuser. Hardin is abusing Tessa. Tessa is in an abusive relationship that has her thinking she is in love with someone who actively tries to hurt her. That is not love.

Additionally, none of this "plot" makes any sense. None of this story makes any sense. There is little to no character development for any character. Everything is so convoluted. This reads like a 12-year-old, sheltered, homeschooled, Amish child tried to write a raunchy fanfiction without knowing anything about sex, intimacy, and healthy relationships.

For those who have not read this series or even watched the movie you guys have not live!

Soon to be a major motion picture! Book 3 of the After series—newly revised and expanded, Anna Todd's After fanfiction racked up 1 billion reads online and captivated readers across the globe. Experience the internet's most talked-about book for yourself from the writer Cosmopolitan called “the biggest literary phenomenon of her generation.” Tessa and Hardin’s love was complicated before. I did realy enjoy this book but the fights and fall outs between tessa and harden started to get a bit repeated, shocker about the dad tho!

There was too much unhealthy fighting just to fill the plot.

Not even good smut. Just watch the movies - they’re still shitty. But HERO

This book was a huge struggle to get through, and it took me what feels like a million years to get through! This was a reread for me, and I wanted to reread it because I wanted to do a movie vs. book post where I compare the two to see which one did better and before rereading this book, I could not remember what happened in this book. I think there should've only been one-second book instead of the two separate ones. First off, this thing is the biggest in the whole series by a lot! The whole time I felt like it took 100 pages just for one thing to happen, and it was just really hard to stay interested in it. It took me a long time to finally finish this book, and I'm just now going back to rate it after a month. I just wanted more from it since it was so long, and it didn't add anything new to the story. For the most part, it contradicted everything that happened in previous books. I plan to reread the last one because I remember that one a little bit more, but I also remember not really loving how the series comes to a close, so I'm not sure when I will get to it. I've been in a terrible reading slump lately, so I'm just reading whatever is light and easy right now.

Cringey, cliché and dramatic. “All I see is red” blah blah blah. Also, the ending was very predictable.

pffff this took me so long...

3 reasons why I gave this 1 star:

1. r4p€ is a part of this book
2. the ending... like what even is that
3. that sometimes I enjoy the book but it’s horrible at the same time

this was so boring and then something big happend and then it was boring again.

normally audiobooks have around 7 hours or maybe 10 this took 27 hours!

I’m glad the last book is ‘only’ 500 pages or so

please don’t start this series
