Love the cover that gave me a nice visual of what Cole looked like. Personally I hate the name. I find it tasteless. It was "bad-ass alpha male and the curvy woman he can't give up." in the synopsis that really caught my attention. Cole is a bad-ass Alpha Male with a dirty talking mouth who I just adored.


What I Liked:
 All the guys in the Horus Group
 Great sexual Tension
 Hailey just as sexy in the bedroom department
 Bickering that is not overly done

What I did not like:
 Got no info on why Cole thinks he is dark.
 Needed more of a balance of info on both characters. More info was on Hailey than Cole.
 Needed more time spent on Cole trying to make Hailey hate him. Once he decided he needed to do this, it lasted all of one scene.

I enjoyed Ainsley Booth writing voice and think she did a good job with her serial debut. The cliffy was awesome. Wow did not see that coming and has caught my attention to continue with Hate F*@k: part two. Bummer I have to wait a whole month for next installment.

I should have known this wouldn't go well. Most of my friends who read this delightful (haha) story loved it and we all know what usually happens when most of my friends love a story right? ☍☍Twisted Sarah Logic☍☍ kicks in and I end up not liking/hating/DNFing said story. See my rating for this?

✔ Stupid stupid stupid. 
✔ Total boredom fest.
✔ Ridiculously clichéd characters.
✔ Ridiculously manufactured drama.
✔ Ridiculously fabricated cliffhanger.
✔ Supposedly hot sex scenes which happen to be some of the most boring I've ever read. ← I actually fell asleep while reading one of the sex scenes, that should tell you something.
✔ Least cold shower-inducing dirty talk ever.
✔ Most uninteresting, blah blah blah blah blah filled inner dialogues/POVs ever = even *more* boredom! Yay!

Me #2: Why? What have I done now?
Me #1: Repeat after me, RO-MANCE, RO-MANCE, RO-MANCE. 
Me #2: Oh right. I think I see your point.
Me #1: Not only funny but bright too! I have a feeling you'll go very far in life.
Me #2: Oh just cut the crap and get the booze will you? Damn. Sometimes I wonder how I manage to live with that girl in my head 24/7.

Now, anyone who knows me knows I hate cliffhangers, and I hate the "serial" novel. But, I had seen this popping up via friends reviews, the title intrigued me and it popped up on netgalley hence I grabbed it.

And I actually really enjoyed it. The hero is intriguing, a tortured past that is just hinted at. The heroine I really liked, a bit prim and proper, a "good girl" but she is a little bit feisty, sarcastic and kick ass, and more than willing to get into it, verbally and physically with the hero. Even knowing he will probably end up hurting her.

And this was HOT HOT HOT. The sexual tension just built up and up till it all but explodes off the page.

I need the next one yesterday!
