One long daylight ago there were two very fencible fleas. Ferdinand, the younger flea was tall, dapper, diffident and easy-going. His friend Frederick was greedy, short, tough and proud. This is the story of their reckless, feckless adventures during one long, lazy, shimmering summer's day.
