I didn’t really like this one as much as I did the others. It was really hard for me to get into it at the beginning but I pushed through because I want to finish the series. I felt like Alex pulled a Daenerys Targaryen twist on Grim and I hate it. The way he is acting is so contrary to all of the previous books and not like his character, I just feel like she is trying to get us to hate him so that she can end up with Oro.

I’m quite disappointed with this one. There was a big hype around the plot twist, but some part of it was very obvious. The part that was unexpected, wasn’t exciting. I get the self-compassion messages and internal journey, but found it boring. I think this series just needs to end before turning into a soap opera.

TEAM ORO ARE WE PISSED OFF?????? I KNEW she pick grim and I’m still annoyed. I hope and pray that in the final book she ends up killing him somehow but even then she won’t be with ORO and that’s the only ending I’d be happy with UGGGGHHHHH
