Damned If You Do

I mean I didnt hate it, but somewhere near the middle I lost interest because the demon was starting to sound like he was 17 too and not here since the beginning of time. I wasnt expecting archaic speech, but idk he was giving newly turned 21st century sassy vampire more than demon. I'd chalk that to the comedy part of the books genre if I had found anything in its funny or amusing. None of the demons on the playing field felt like a threat fr either, just evil people that kept winning because literally NOBODY on the good side knew what tf they was doing at every step of the way but was able to wing it until the end. Like damn what use is the "since the beginning of time demon" then? 😭I also couldn't believe that a demon wit a HUNDRED years worth of work was willing to let it go down the drain just because he was upset somebody got to a deal before he did. Jesse ass been here since Lucifer first thought of the rebellion and you telling me he wasnt smart enough to find somebody else to make the deal with so, again, 100 yrs of hardwork wouldn't be foiled by a 17yr traumatized child and her merry band of friends? I'd be mad as hell 

 I wasnt too interested in the romance either tbh, no particular reason I just aint care whenever her & Veronica was brought up.
