Poisonous Thoughts

This collection of original poems chronicles the inner and outer life of poet and performance artist Alex "PoeticSoul" Johnson of Lafayette, Louisiana. Written over the course of six years, "Poisonous Thoughts" explores issues of racial and economic injustice, as well as the personal trials and foibles of the author. The resulting collection offers insight into the brutal complexities of 21st Century life.
