I thought this was a cute read! I will say Mark’s parents are kind of a holes and the internet exist, so I’m not sure why the situation even arose, but I digress. Ali loves a puppy eyed lover boy and I am always here for it.

marc’s words kinda saved this book lol. i actually thought i would relate to how jamie is feeling but maybe since this is a short story so it can’t be explained thoroughly for me to ‘engaged’ with her. however, ali decided to wrote too-much-spices in the last few pages and made me wants to just finish this off quickly…

Just a sweet little Christmas novella. I’ve never really thought of this trope (he’s been in love with her for years and they both know it), but I love it! Going to search out more books with it.
