Fire in Frost

Alicia Rades2017
CRYSTAL FROST tells herself she isn’t crazy, but sane people don’t see ghosts. As her psychic abilities manifest, Crystal discovers she can see into the future, witness the past, and speak with the dead. Add blackmail to the list of things she never thought would happen to her, and you basically have her sophomore year covered. After spotting her first ghost, secrets from her family, friends, and classmates begin to surface. Uncovering secrets can be dangerous, but giving up means someone will get hurt. Again.

⭐ 4 Stars ⭐ (Audiobook) The narrator of this audiobook did a great job and added something more to the book, so high praise for her. As far as the book goes, it was quite fast paced but that was good as it didn't drag out during any parts. To me it felt like a set up for the rest of the series. It introduced the aspects that would be used throughout and also the characters. However, this didn't impact negatively because like I said nothing seemed dragged out, everything was there for a reason. I loved the hints of the second book (I'm guessing?) scattered through, and I'm hoping that the second one is more mystery based.
