This is Izzy and Diego's story. Izzy runs at the first sign of a relationship due to her childhood and past while Diego yearns for a family.

The connection between Izzy and Diego was sizzling hot but at the same time it was sweet, they complimented each other. The storyline was great and I was excited for how these two will get their HEA but the ending was a disappointment, I'm sorry but I can't get over the fact that no fight happened. It was all flat. 

This is long book with somewhat 300 pages and after thinking about it, there are some things that didn't work out, like:
•• There isn't any information about Hazel's case, the police department mole and the pregnancy (except for her being horny). 
•• Diego and Izzy were both given interesting professions but we didn't see much of them working. Diego is a detective but he mostly concentrated on keeping Izzy safe aka having sex, building their relationship by breaking her walls and trips to the clubhouse than solving the mystery. Izzy is a radio jockey who's amazing at her job and the few instances shown in the beginning of the book prove that but we don't see much further, maybe because she was pregnant? 
•• Diego said he loves Izzy and would die for her but he didn't do anything to Luca, Connor, Gio or to Dominic.
•• Izzy's past is sad, no doubt but it isn't abusive sad, it's like she made dumb choices kinda sad. How did she faint in the classroom? Why happened wrong in her body that she thought she couldn't be pregnant again? These questions remain unanswered.
•• I liked how we got the bad guy- Luca's POV but it only consisted of how he was angry as his ego couldn't take the blow...and that because of him there was an eyewitness. Pretty sure he died too.
•• The ending.
