I loved this novel! I have loved Pride and Prejudice for a long time and wanted to see if this was mocking it or tipping it's hat to the original. This book did not disappoint! Despite the main character's being almost exactly like me, and that I couldn't help but like her, the book would've held my attention anyway. The characters felt real and the setting even more vivid! I read this in a few hours and thought I had gone back in time as well. This book would be good for someone not really interested in the 1800's; who knows, they might end up loving old fashioned things better for this! The whole attitude behind this is kind of sassy though, beware! jk I will be buying this book soon!

I had a hard time putting this book down because I wanted to see what was going to happen. From the first page it gripped you and did not let up until the very last page. 
All the characters were fun in their own ways and I cared what happened to them.
Not the way I thought it was going to end, but I still enjoyed it anyway.

I really liked this book.It had romance, humour and of course time travelling...awesome!
I really got into this story and was sad at the end when she had to return to her own time. I will definitely be reading this again and looking out for other books by Mandy.
