it's getting weird.. i disappointed that tillie isn't as sweet as she seems to be. the way she talked about tatum at the beginning of the book.. i'm really disappointed.
i give up, i really can't stand to keep on reading the series. i really give up. maybe someday, i'll be mentally or emotionally prepared to continue this one. let's see later.

Man, this book hurt my soul! I knew Nate and Tillie would be like this (I got a warning), but I still wasn't prepared!

I seriously love this series. The world that these guys live in, and the guys themselves is great. I also love the girls, both Tillie and Madison. What distracts me a little is the all over the nature of the book. There’s always a lot happening, a lot of movement, and half conversations. Just for once, I’d like for things to stay still. I’m also majorly confused with all the new character additions. It makes me wonder why some of the characters from the original trilogy exist if they’re not really going to do anything. Still, this is a great addition to the series, despite its flaws. I’m a little disappointed with what happened with Bishop and Madison, but I’m hopeful there’s a reason for it and will be explained soon. Brantley in this book is awesome and I can’t wait to read his story!! This book is dark, and definitely needs to be read after part 1, so get into that, then this!

3,5⭐* natetillie uno de mis ships favs de enfermos

Malum 2 is a twisted, gut wrenching tale of family, loyalty and love. This book is an epic page turner, easily my favorite in the series thus far. If you gave up before getting here, man did you screw up. You learn so much about the Elite world by the end that you feel as though you’ve ran a marathon. Because you did. Your brain ran through a marathon of emotion, sorrow and information. At the end of reading Malum 2, I felt as mind fucked as the characters do. I had to sit back and process it. Then I grinned. Nate and Tillie go through the amount of angst that no couple should have to, not in a normal world, but they don’t live in a normal world. My chest was clenched so tightly at times with worry for them. Their story is tragic and messy and just plain hurtful. It doesn’t drown them though, it makes them stronger. It solidifies a bond that even though at times is Tillie and Nate’s heaviest burden to bear, it cements them in their destiny. The Elite Kings, and most importantly the Elite Queens, have stolen a place so deep in my heart with this series. Amo Jone’s words cut deep, they leave you ragged. But then she passes you a glass of whiskey and says “cheers bitch, you’ve made it through, but we’re not done yet.” and you gladly accept.

Amo Jones is the queen of dark romance and amazing unexpected twists. I was so engrossed in Nate and Tillie story I did not see the biggest twist ever. The angst is heavy, push and pull with them. Madison and Bishop are still breaking my heart. I am in love with Brantley and so ready for his story. Series must be read in order 4/5 Loved It.

idk what to rate this book. i liked to read abt tillie's and nate's relationship. i liked tillie for the most part, nate was js fucking bipolar tbh. i had to read the last chapter more than 2 times so i can understand whats happening.

Well hello Amo fucking Jones! Can I get a HELL YES for Malum Pt 2! This book, I mean, this series(!) is an intricate web of interconnecting plots, and revelations, and lies and truths, and (there are not enough ands and virtual breaths for me to finish that sentence). I’m floored. Every. Single. Time. How does she untangle her gordeon knot? How does she unravel the plot to simply put it back together the way it was meant to be seen all along? How does she have the power to manipulate us readers so completely? Simple : Words. Words are her weapon and she makes out head spin and renders us unable to stop flipping the pages. She is a true word Queen. Yes, this book is twisted and edgy, but if you look closely, there’s a softness to it. The little subtleties are what made the book for me. We all love our dark reads, but Amo weaved some lightness in it and created a beautifully complex work. She tackles hard subject matter with grace and lightness. She didn’t use it for shock factor. She didn’t capitalize on it. She did it because the story called for it. Nate and Tillie made my heart beat at a million miles an hour and my stomach flutter for the entirety of the book, and I loved it! Their chemistry jumps off the pages and their back and forth will be so realistic it will be hard to remind yourself that they are fictional. Jones is able to create the most complex and layered characters and give them life with her words. Magic? I think hell yes. No way is Jones a muggle. If you haven’t yet, you HAVE to pick up this book. TRUST ME.

Strength is a muscle. You exercise it enough, you become a big motherfucker.

I wasn’t raised with a silver spoon, I was raised by blood sodden knives, and girls like me, we learn to use them as weapons. Love shouldn’t be offered up as a gift to just anybody, it should be preserved and used as a weapon to protect our heart.

Sex is something I can’t live without—I use it as a way to mask a lot of my issues.

Boys like Nate are lethal, because you fall for their charm, their jokes, and their beautiful faces. By the time you find yourself lost in their darkness with their demons lurking around you, it’s too late. They suck you in with charisma and spit you out with sin.

“Your games aren’t going to work on me, Nate. I’m not one of your preppy princesses. You can’t break what you didn’t build.”
“You didn’t break me, Nate. I was damaged when you found me, you just inflicted more scars.”

"Regardless of what kind of monster you think I am, Tillie, and make no mistake, I can be a fucking monster, I never let that side of me touch you. Ever. However, if I find out that you’re hiding something from me, that side won’t just touch you, it will annihilate you."
Nate really came to kill us all

Don’t let Nate’s pretty face fool you, though. The devil furnishes his darkest souls with the prettiest smiles.

“Love is savage, love is blind, love is something they may not find…”

You find three types of love in your lifetime. The first will show you all that you did wrong. The second will show you how you should be loved, but the third will show you what it feels like to die while still being alive.
