I have been waiting for Hayden's HEA since meeting this beautiful broken man in Not the One. Daws did not disappoint even if she made me cry, she also has the ability to make me smile like a loon at some of the Harris brothers antics. Hayden how do I even begin, he sees himself as damaged, broken and not worthy of anyones love, especially Vi. This beautiful broken man has gone through a lot. His life hasn't been easy, blaming himself for his sisters death and going through a down spiral until he attempts the unthinkable to make the guilt go away. We get to see his journey of self healing and the way Vi plays a vital part in that. When you share the darkest part of you with someone you hardly know the connection that is formed is incredible when that person doesn't see the same damaged man you see in the mirror. Vi is everything I saw for Hayden's HEA and more. She is a spirited, strong female that only sees Hayden as Hayden not the broken man he think he is. I loved every minutes of this even when I was sobbing like a baby, laughing like a loom and angry as all can get at times. I think Daws takes pleasure in making her readers cry and if she keeps writing like this I will gladly give her my tears. Just give me more of the Harris brothers and no one will get hurt. Read Hayden's story its one of self healing that shows you even if you can't see the best in yourself other will see the greatness that makes you, well you.
