As a Korean adoptee, the authors' experiences growing up really resonated with me (especially since I grew up about 30 minutes away from where Sam did). The unknown - of medical histories, of genetic traits, etc. is something that I've always wanted to know more about. Unfortunately, I don't have a twin (that I know of!), but I know I have biological siblings out there, so the story sparked a little bit of "what if?". I liked that they alternated narrating each chapter so you could really hear each sister's style and voice. Overall a good, quick read.
