And Now She's Gone
Reviews

Grayson Sykes is assigned to her first missing person case through Rader Consulting. She is being paid to find the missing girlfriend of prominent Emergency Room physician, Ian O’Donnell. But Isabel does not want to be found, or so her mystery texts to Grayson lead her to believe. The further Grayson looks into this case the further she goes down the rabbit hole that is Isabel’s life. Will Grayson be able to solve this case without losing not only her job, but also her life? And Now She’s Gone is 525 pages long and took me four days to read. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend to those who love thrillers. I’m giving it a 3.5 out of 5! I look forward to reading the author’s next book since this kept me thinking about it long after I was done. Thank you, Forge, for sending me this copy! Here’s to the adventure of finding a novel novel! Lacey

4.5 This is a great, very complex book. It not only involves two main characters who have a confusing past AND present, but one character not only has to deal with her changing life (and keeping away from her past), she has to chase another character whose whole live is spent on changing who she is. There are few books that I hand to my wife and say, "Read this!" This was one, and I couldn't get it in her hands fast enough. Highly recommended!

This book was more of a classic detective leaning book in a lot of ways than I had expected, but I really enjoyed reading Grayson Sykes' story of a missing woman who may or may not be actually missing. The infusion of Grayson's personal story and how it connected to her search for Isabel really propelled me to finish this one. I figured out a few pieces but there were still plenty of surprises. I would recommend this for lovers of classic missing persons stories, who want to experience a familiar tale told uniquely through a woman's perspective.

I feel like this would have been an amazing book if written differently. Like the plot was awesome but the writing style was terrible and some of the description were questionable. Shame
