After she's caught using a fake I.D. at a West End nightclub, Charlotte "Lottie" Brook, best known for her mile-high platforms and passion for classic literature, is condemned to a summer at her grandparents' stuffy country club, where she narrowly escapes romance and solves a murder mystery on the 19th hole.
