I seriously can't believe this book is a standalone! I knew going in it would be, but I'm not ready for the reality of it lol. 

I completely fell in love with Hollyn and the boys. I read this book in one sitting and it was so much more than I was expecting!

I mainly read RH books in 2019 so this is actually one of the first ones I've read this year and this book has totally reunited my love of RH books! I think I had just read too many so I wasn't feeling too excited to read any of them but I love Angel Lawson's books so I knew I had to get my hands on this arc lol. 

And I'm really glad I did because, as I said, I completely fell in love with the story and the characters! I can't remember if I have ever read a book by Melissa Adams but I think now I have to give her a chance! The writing just flowed and I hope we get to see more books from this duo! 

One of my favorite parts from the book is the fact they are all 21+ in age! My favorite age range in books is college students/college graduates. At first, I was a little confused about Hollyn's age lol but then I realized that she was 21 or 22 too. I had a fun time reading this book and yes, I'm *still* whining about this only being a standalone lol. Although it did have a solid ending, this is just me being a whiner because I loved the characters. Don't worry about the ending being rushed or maybe open-ended. 

I'm excited to see what else this fabulous author duo brings us and I'm definitely going to be binging some Angel Lawson books again lol.
