Queens of K-Town

Sixteen-year-old Cora Moon arrives in New York and quickly becomes entrenched in a tight-knit group of girls who roam the steamy streets and fluorescent alleyways of' Koreatown. But everything comes to a halt when Cora watches her best friend leap off a rooftop in the heart of K-town. Now, ten years older, Cora returns to Manhattan where she obsessively studies physics and begins an affair with "the Monk", a stranger who lives upstairs, all the while reliving her past and trying to keep her own fragile existence intact.
