I Think I Can't Sleep
Adam is so excited about his birthday party that he can't sleep. He thinks about his guests, the balloons and even pirates - all these thoughts are making it just impossible! He tries a variety of strategies to stop them but nothing works. In fact, that effort seems to have the opposite effect, so nally Adam's mum suggests that he focuses his attention on his body instead. What do thoughts do? Should we always believe them? What can we do when thinking distracts us or otherwise works to our disadvantage? In a lighthearted way "I Think I Can't Sleep" invites children to explore the activity of their busy minds.
