Among her books are The Second Shift, The Time Bind and in 2016, Strangers in Their Own Land. Arlie wrote Coleen the Question Girl when her first son was three. It was one of the first titles published by the Feminist Press in 1974.This edition of Coleen the Question Girl, back in print after four decades, is published by Invisible Spaces of Parenthood (artists Kim Dhillon and Andrea Francke), with new illustrations by Rhiannon Williams.
