So many things wrong with this… feels like a WattPad story.
Even AJ on the cover couldn’t save if enough for me.

I tried. I was gonna go back to it. But I can’t. 

Author, please re-read and correct mistakes - especially about the army.
They have their training which is split with a week (maybe two, cannot remember for sure) between so they can go home and see family. Their tours last 6 months. And during that time they’re allowed to write and call/video call whoever they want. Not just family and partners. If they last longer than 6 months, they again have a chance to go home. They have R&R. 

Please research before you write about something you’re not 100% clear on.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and am excited for the next book too! There's romance, chemistry, emotion, time gap, adjustments, hope and satisfaction. 
A wonderful, beautiful and for a lifetime relationship is formed making us wanting for more. It's not just a lovey-dovey story but has relationship dynamics too.

This book is not just a love story but also a story of second chances, determination to improve and dedicated & selfless love. We have many aspects here; enemies to lovers, forbidden romance, childhood love and the 'if I can't have you, no one will' appeal.
