As armored vehicles from No. 6 roar into West Block, Shion and Rat use the opportunity to get into the Correctional Facility to save Safu.

Reaching the top floor of the Correctional Facility, Shion finally finds Safu, but he is not the friend Shion once knew, forcing him to make the agonizing decision to either leave and avoid capture or stay and risk losing his life.

Amid the chaos created by Dogkeeper, Shion and Rat make a gruesome discovery in the Correctional Facility.

After escaping No. 6 with help from Rat, Shion learns about life outside the city as he struggles to survive.
