"You can't take violence away from people... right? Captain." ~Yelena to Levi

"If we kill them all... does that mean... we'll be free?" ~Eren

"Who was in the wrong? Me? Or this world? It was probably both. I was foolish and ignorant and this world unfair and insane" ~ Grisha Yeager

"When forced to face down monsters they can even leave behind their humanity. Someone why can't throw away anything will never be able to change anything." ~Armin

too political, not enough action in this one

Has an incredibly slow and boring start but the arc is pretty fun and it finds itself being quite interesting once it develops. In general, I can live without it, though.

Finally got interesting again.

fuck u floch u little shit hdjsks

This was extremely dramatic

Well shit

For the first time, I feel like I understand the mystery behind this world.

It's weird seeing the story from the enemy's viewpoint. I think it's good that they humanize the "bad guys" and show them as complex and interesting characters in their own right. I like it.

Exciting! War is ugly, but it's interesting to see the role reversals in this volume. Love seeing the characters' updated looks. Both sides of the war have new toys to show and it's a pretty great battle.

Accidentally started 25 so I kind of knew how this would end, but it was still good. It's a little hurdle to meet the new cast of characters, but I love how they look like little kids around Reiner. The festival scene in particular was very cute. It's hard to tell which side to root for.

T_T

Kind of a lot of politics and talking and very little to almost no action. Worst yet, it just seems like a bunch of comrades turning on each other. The stuff with Gabi and Falco was good though, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the volume.

(view spoiler)[Some good moments with Levi and Zeke. It's a little difficult as the viewer with Eren the main character behaving the way he is. (hide spoiler)]

I can't keep track of who's on whose side, and who's betraying who... but it seems like a pretty exciting battle?

Finally, some answers

That was a good conversation between different characters. Kind of an amazing circumstance that this story/world has set up.

Wow it's almost over. I like this big idea concepts of cyclical hatred, revenge, and apocalypse. Who do you root for?

It's over! I don't know how to feel about it! All this setup and expectations. Not sure if everything that needs explaining gets explained, but some of the sentiments at the end are nice
