Really loved the part where Ryo's macho father going out of his way to bake a cake for her birthday. We were given the sight of his more vulnerable side; how he feels after losing his wife, his inability to be by Ryo's side more often due to his job, etc. 

Other than that, barely anything exciting happened. This volume kind of felt like a filler to me. It was still pretty enjoyable, nonetheless.
