I personally thought it was an enjoyable book. The similarities between this and Twilight by Stephenie Meyer is crazy. But overall it is an easy read, I really liked the ending.

Hush hush was a hard book to put down! I finished it in two days which is very surprising for me! The age difference was a bit off putting but other than that great book. I can’t wait to get my hands on the rest of the series

One of my all time favorite sci-fi fantasy/romance books ever. I found it at my library and thought that the cover looked really cheesy (cause let's face it, I do judge books by their covers) and then read the summary and thought, "hey, maybe I'll give it a shot." After letting it sit at the very bottom pile of my "books-to-read", I read it and slapped myself in the face wondering WHY THE HELL I didn't read this first. It was a fun and fast paced read. The plot holes and just unfinished scenes was a letdown. Won’t continue this series.

           oh my god..... 

there were so many plot twists that had me literally say “oh my god” or “what?” out loud. this was very well written and i am excited to read the second book.

but first... let’s talk about patch. 😏 
the flirting literally had me blushing and i’m embarrassed to say that.. even when we found out about his reason for interacting with nora, i was still blushing every time he flirted with her. he makes it so easy 😩 i want to kiss him on the lips

also vee is so funny i love her

i definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys dark haired boys and wants a guardian angel boyfriend lover who flirts nonstop and makes you blush and makes you want to kiss him through the screen. 

anyway... some quotes/moments i enjoyed:

— “I wanted to kiss him. Right now.” (me too)

— “Suddenly he lifted me onto the counter. My face was level with his. He fixed me with a dark, inviting smile. And that’s when I realized this moment had been dancing around the edge of my fantasies for several days now.” 

— “I’m not letting you out of my sight. You’re looking a little deranged, Angel. We’ll go together.” (even though he was planning to murder her)

— “I’m crazy.” He was on the brink of smiling again. “About you.” 

— “He pulled me against him and wrapped his arms around me. “Are you okay?” he murmured in my ear.

— “He brushed a kiss across my lips and sent a flash of heat through me.”

— “But if I hadn’t fallen, I wouldn’t have met you.”

— “I’m not going to kill you, Nora. I don’t kill people who are important to me. And you top the list.”

— “Right then, I wanted to go back in time and relive every moment with him. One more secret smile, one more shared laugh. One more electric kiss. There are so many elements in here that have a Twilight-esc flair; not necessarily bad, kind of fun, but among the four in the series it feels the sturdiest in terms of potential and enjoying the thrill of unresolved conflicts.

With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, she is drawn to him against her better judgement. But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure who to trust. For fantasy, this book is so easy to read I just read it in a day, but I cannot feel the fantasy vibe at all.

Finally a book that goes right next to the Twilight series and Harry Potter in my forever favorite books. This book was perfect. It was full of mystery, little horror and love and romance. Everything you need in a good book. Also there aren't that many books like this about fallen angels or any angels and I quite like all the fantasy that this book brought to me. I can't wait for the next book. It was just perfect and I feel that the story is just starting. LOVED IT, TOTALLY!

I love it.
Read it twice, once when I was 12 and again when I was 17. Always remembered this great story with angles but couldn't remember it's name and suddenly saw it in the library.

I have read this book before when I was younger I remember reading the whole saga. It was my favorite and first saga that I ever read that was any type of romance. I love the solo burn that this book gives I love that there is absolutely no spice even though I am a spice lover I love that their intimate moments are so pure and loving. I love that they don’t focus so much on being overly sexual and instead being honest with each other and having fun banter. I think that if you are wanting to read a series that is full of fantasy and cute romance this book is for you. It’s extremely easy to get into! In the books just keep on getting better even though this isn’t my favorite out of the whole saga this one definitely is in the top three.
