why is this book as long as carter's g0d of thunder


Adam and rosie's story is one of acceptance and self-love and self-discovery. Getting lost in one's roles in life (like rosie being a mom, adam being a goalie) is easy, but there lies something beautiful when one strips off of that label and be whoever they want to be. 

This book def has the author's writing formula! It was nice to see the vipers to be in one place again, but carter needs to chill tf down! He has this use main character energy where at some point i just wanted him to stfu. Lol i guess the found family trope is strong on this one! Any reader of this would feel the warmth that it brings, but that's just it. 


Just some icks: It took me forever to finish this book, because some parts felt dragging. Idk if it's because Adam's story has been hyped for so long so there's this level of expectation. // Courtney is one crazy girl. Idk why the author decided to include that part around the end. So anti-climactic.

I love the characters in the book so much, and this book was definitely full of emotions! The inner monologue I felt like went in circles sometime, not much but I got bored at some points of that. Everything else in this book was amazing tho! 

Seeing characters from the other books and the found family interactions where so wholesome and made me giggle and emotional EVERYTIME. 

Adam and Rosie’s love and relationship was so beautiful and I love them both with all my heart!

I love the characters in the book so much, and this book was definitely full of emotions! The inner monologue I felt like went in circles sometime, not much but I got bored at some points of that. Everything else in this book was amazing tho! 

Seeing characters from the other books and the found family interactions where so wholesome and made me giggle and emotional EVERYTIME. 

Adam and Rosie’s love and relationship was so beautiful and I love them both with all my heart! 

I cried twice. First time while she was telling him her backstory and second time when they got their happy ending. 

Well maybe i cried because of my period…we’ll never know. 

This book was an easy going book with a character i’ve been dying to see their story..:adam. 

I read about him in “consider me” and “play with me”. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I relate so much to rosie…her overthinking, her over anxiety,…. 

Let’s not forget bear and piglet ???? I never thought i would love fictional dogs as much as i love real dogs, i swear if i’m nit scared of animals, i would het a dog just like these two adorable ones..

Carter became better and more annoying here with his terrible good ideas that only makes you laugh. 

And let’s talk about connor and lily ??? In love. That’s the only word i have, connor knew as soon as he saw adam that he would be his dada. And lily, my only regret is that i didn’t get to see her full backstory. 

I only got one thing that annoyed me tbh, is that adam told his friends (who are really more than his friends, their his family but eh) everything. I do believe somethings should be kept private. 

Rosie, a soon to be vet has the biggest heart i’ve ever read about, and the way she thinks ? 🔛🔝 cuz honestly, i understand her. Some ppl might say she’s exaggerating some things but it’s her way of thinking and no one gets a say in this. She was kept in foster care for 8 years without being “chosen” by a family, she craved that and she got it when connor was born 🥰 (well kinda, it got completed when adam’s friends welcomed her in their lovely/messy  family) 

And regret n2- is WHY DIDN’T ADAM HIT BRANDON (connor’s piece of idiot of a dad) MORE ? I WAS READY TO BREAK HIS BONES WTH ? LEAVING HIS SON LIKE THAT 😒. 

Would i reread this book again ? This series again ? Definitely.
