Becoming a Vincent The Wild Ones, #1
Reviews

Surprisingly I liked this. Very light-hearted. I initially thought a Wild One was a shifter of some kind. Nope, they're all 100% human. Then I thought it hey weren't crazy but after considering all of their antics I decided that they were redknecky fun and just a bit crazy. I couldn't stop chuckling at the beginning scene where she talking to Liam but every few sentences she would somehow change position and get even closer to Benson! I could not figure out the logistics in my head! Cute romance. I'm going to read the next book.

This book was so hilarious! I literally couldn't stop laughing because the characters were always doing something crazy! This is the perfect pick-me-up read.

***4 Stars*** I tell you there is no genre or story this woman can do wrong. This was a great start to another amazing series by the very talented C.M. Owens. Definitely can't wait to read the rest in this series.

Quirky, silly, a bit weird with the wild ones rules but still entertaining. This is a fun read, bordering on ridiculous at times. Set expectations properly. :)

Oh, God, this book.... It all started SO well, with a simmering passion between two very good friends - just my type of thing- and evolved into BLAH. So the main idea behind this messy book is that the town is ruled by four crazy families, the Wild Ones, and the couple which is supposed to develop is one between a Wild girl and an outsider. And the book evolves so well for a while, almost until the middle, at each point it just fizzles out and dies. After that point onward, there is just a lot of unbelievable situations which had me rolling my eyes SO HARD. I also disliked the lack of control over the narrative. Characters just snap out of nowhere and they speak as if their puppets meant to simply advance the story. There is no such thing as DEPTH to any of them. They are one-dimensional CLOWNS who simply serve a practical purpose. I disliked everybody, as there was nothing at all to like about them.... What started as a love affair between me and the book turned sour. I always wow to read a book up until 10% and if I don't like it, I will drop it but this time I was sorely tricked... Shame on you, C.M. Owens, shame on you!
