I don't even know where to begin. All the guys are possessive, and have little brain energy. They can't seem to comprehend anything that's happening around them. The only characters that have an inkling of character development (or sort of two dimensional personalities) is Ben and Claudia.

(view spoiler)[ SOOO, all Claremonts are in high ranking positions?? The dad is the head of the hunter headquarters in the US. I want to know more of a backstory to understand that. The mother is the Seer for another vampire coven. I like that tbh. And Sofia is the lover of the Prince of another coven. Also, Sofia automatically kissing Derek and everything, RIGHT after he was about to kill Ashley? She is so in love with him, she doesn't care what he does. Derek on the other hand, is like, 'yeah I'll do whatever Sofia wants me to do. Fuck you guys I've known for over 500 years.' I wish the author made it more believable and gave the characters more time to understand what is going on and how to cope.  (hide spoiler)]

That Cliffhanger!!!

I feel as though every addition to the series gets better and better. Mystery builds and the smallest of facts are the key. Pay close attention as if that were hard to do, we hang on every word. This is an amazing sequel to A Shad Of A Vampire. Sofia and Derek tumble down a Destiny that is yet to be discovered. She is more than the women he loves and he is everything she wants.
