This story started out really strong. It was a concept I had never really thought about before, and certainly hadn't read any books on the matter. The idea that there was a virtual world you could slip into and control like you would lucid dreams is... phenomenal, to put it simply. I liked the characters, immensely. I felt as if I could connect to them really well. And in the beginning, it had a really solid story line, moving at an acceptable pace.

However, as the story wore on, I found some things were beginning to annoy me.

The number of times "The Director" is used in one paragraph, or even one page isn't just astounding, but rather obnoxious. The speech was a bit awkward. Every few seconds, it seemed, you had people saying "son"... even the teenagers; that just seemed very out of place.

Almost towards the end, the story lost steam for me. It seemed like the actual sight of the story was lost. It dragged and seemed to go on forever. There were even several spots that it would have made sense to end it, but that could just be my own personal opinion.

Overall it was a good story and good concept, I just feel as if it could have been executed a bit more eloquently.
